He has a Bachelor's in Physics and a Certificate in Biophysics from Princeton University.

Eddie is interested in understanding what principles underlie social systems. In his undergraduate work, Eddie focused on taking physical principles that have been successfully applied to biological systems and exploring whether the might also be useful in the social domain.

Currently, Eddie is exploring whether information theoretic concepts can be used to better understand the formation of political bodies and the causes of conflict dynamics.
